Is My Scrubbers a cleaning company or an app?
My Scrubbers is being built as the customer-facing cleaning platform: a place to find and manage trusted local cleaning relationships, while the operational side is powered behind the scenes by ScrubbersOS.
Will I have to change cleaner?
No. The planned Invite My Cleaner journey is specifically intended for customers who already have a cleaner they want to keep.
Will cleaners be anonymous gig workers?
No. The direction is relationship-led: clear provider identity, local coverage, relevant verification indicators and continuity after you find the right cleaner.
Will the app send loads of notifications?
No. The product principle is to notify you when something useful happened, something changed, or you need to do something — not every time the system records an event.
Cleaning should take work off your hands — not give you more to organise.
